BOJ is now in Milan

Today marks that start of one of the great biennial trade fairs, if not the best: the International Exhibition of the Catering and Hospitality Industry, better known by the abbreviated name of HOST MILANO.

Being in Milan for this event is like being everywhere in the world simultaneously so at BOJ we could not miss this opportunity. With a stand specially designed for the occasion, we will be showcasing our classic products, along with the new developments in kitchenware and small appliances for homes, bars and restaurants.

We will also showcase the spectacular world that we are creating around us, with first-rate associations in matters related to good living. With the sommelier of the moment, Jon William, we will talk about wines, pairing and the best ways to choose, preserve and serve a good wine. With the help of the chefs, we will share the intricacies of traditional cooking and haute cuisine. We will make a stop to enjoy some sport, together with our sponsored football team, SD Eibar. And, of course, we will talk about our partnership with the FSA foundation, with which we are working to improve food safety for allergy sufferers, minimising the risks of food contamination.
